In general, the magnesium plate carving cutting resistance reduced by one third; The thermal deformation of the magnesium plate after carving is low, which can effectively limit the work hardening phenomenon; Carving tool durability nearly doubled; Magnesium plate engraving processing time can be substantially reduced, a direct result of lower processing costs; Magnesium board cutting resistance is small, good thermal conductivity, cooling speed quickly, so the cutting speed quickly, very few sticky knife. The long service life of engraving and cutting tools shortens the downtime required for tool change during engraving.,May cause deformation of magnesium alloy plate carving.
